Responsibilities: •
Promote and enroll Students(Doctors) in our courses effectively. •
Achieve targets Month-on-month set by the Managers.
• Utilize leads efficiently, Make your conversation engaging, and Convince Doctors to enroll in our courses.
• Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospects.
• Thoroughly understand our products and handle queries through effective counseling.
• Tailor sales pitches to meet customer behaviors and expectations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. • Proficiency in counseling and selling techniques. • Basic knowledge of presenting, promoting, and selling courses or services. • Ability to communicate in 2-3 languages. • Preference will be given to candidates fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player. • Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling. • Age below 30 years (male or female). • 2 to 4 years of experience. • Candidates should attend the interview in formal attire.
