You will be responsible for imparting soft skills training, providing guidance on LinkedIn profiles and resumes, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and fostering essential skills such as presentation skills and interview ethics. Your role is critical in preparing our students for successful careers by equipping them with the necessary soft skills to excel in today’s competitive job market.

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver tailored soft skills training.
• Optimise LinkedIn profiles and craft effective resumes.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Prepare students for screening interviews.
• Enhance presentation skills and professionalism.
• Utilise various training methodologies, including workshops, role-plays, and interactive activities, to engage and educate students effectively.
• Assist students in setting and achieving career development goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in soft skills training.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
