(This job is fixed term contract for 11 months )
Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to use English as a daily communication tool for work, including direct communication with overseas clients and involvement in pre-project communication and mid-term management of large-scale software development projects.
• Translate technical Chinese documents into English, edit and proofread the translated English content, and communicate technical details to accurately describe technical information in English.
• Complete document translation work during project implementation.
• Ability to face clients, gather and analyze business requirements through communication with clients, understand their ideas and objectives, and record meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with product colleagues, development colleagues, and design colleagues to conduct system design and optimization based on client requirements and software development knowledge.
• Based on the results of requirement communication, complete the writing of requirement documents and cooperate with testers to write test cases.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language.
• Experience in technical English translation work from Mandarin.
• Strong writing skills and proficient in using office software.
• Diligent, meticulous, and highly responsible.
• Quick learning ability and understanding of complex technical concepts.
• Experience in translation or document writing in the computer software or internet industry, familiar with technical writing styles.
• Priority given to those with software development or IT technical support experience.
• Priority given to those with overseas study experience.
• Priority given to those with experience working with Indian technical teams.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND
4 years of work experience in translating Mandarin to English and vice-versa.
Certification in Mandarin and English is preferred.
