The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing CS business in the AP & MENA region. The Financial Manager will own financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for AP region and serves as the primary finance partner for the APCS finance team. The APCS team focuses on delivering world-class customer experience in mature and emerging markets in the APAC & ME region and managing efficient operations that also handle Customer contacts from NA and EU.

Key job responsibilities
Take ownership of driving core financial processes for APCS including month end close and planning cycles and partnering with finance and business leaders across several teams to provide strategic guidance, tactical direction, and decision support.
Drive financial controllership, build monthly financial metrics, analyze variances to forecast and communicate to senior management on key drivers
Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions
Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency
Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep-dive analyses
Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs.

Hyderabad, TS, IND
– 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
– 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
– 3+ years FP&A experience
– MBA, or CPA

• CA + relevant experience
• Management experience with demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on and create new assignments
• Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
• Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
• Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) ·
