Job Description:
Key responsibilities
- Define Project Scope and Objectives: Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define clear objectives and deliverables.
- Develop Detailed Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resource allocation, and milestones along with the team
- Budget Preparation: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and aligned with project goals
- Budget Tracking: Regularly review project expenses and compare them to the budget, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints.
- Monitor Project Progress: Continuously track project performance against the plan, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and provide visibility to the leadership, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status and developments.
- Visibility to Leadership: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues or risks
- Regular Status Meetings: Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and administrative roles.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
