Location : Based in Noida and travel across India and abroad.

Why?

Acxiom is a boutique Ms Dynamics and SAP ERP Implementation firm. Existing for the last 21 years and currently in the 200-300 people size range. To implement an ERP, we hire people from multiple domains and discipline and groom them into ERP consultants. We hire mid-level line managers from manufacturing, retail, distribution and accounting background and groom them into consultants. We hire people from programming and technical background also. Our ERP industry is a niche and premium industry and is always is in a high attrition state. People from our company get hired in large IT firms and Big 4 firms and we do not hire readymade people from ERP Implementation companies like us or smaller than us. Therefore, we are in a continuous cycle of hiring from complementary pools and grooming them into ERP consultants.

Our hiring focuses on behavioral aspects and cultural fitment aspects of people more than their skills. Therefore, we plan to set up an inhouse head hunting cell to head hunt key profiles for us on cultural and behavioral parameters. In addition, we are now planning accelerated and inorganic growth across India and middle East and the US in the next 5 years. Therefore, we will be hiring leadership position across India, Middle East and eventually the US. All these key leadership hiring would be highly culturally sensitive.

Who?

We are looking for a candidate with head hunting experience from Tier 1, Tier 2 / boutique Executive Search firms, and also has hiring experience of mid to senior level people on cultural and behavioral parameters. The candidate should have deep understanding of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators of work, career progression and job change of an individual.

What and How?

The candidate will be required to get ingrained in our cultural and way of working and as an individual contributor hire the first lot of mid to leadership candidates and once the candidate is confident on the leadership hiring, then create a specialist head hunting department of up to 10 members to cover India and Middle East leadership hiring in the short term.
