Roles & responsibilities
- Capability Building and Training & development of Retail and Operations Employees
- Engage with business leaders and employees to identify key training requirements.
- Create a consolidated view of training needs for different roles and functions through interactions and performance data analysis.
- Support the development of a comprehensive training roadmap and develop interventions to address training needs.
- Comprehensive trainings coverage for company’s employees including Behavioural and functional attributes per organizational strategic training & development plan.
- Develop high quality training content and deliver trainings effectively.
- Establish processes to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Monitor training impact through objective metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Identified and partnered with reputed external training agencies for training & talent developmen.
- Implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (Degreed)
- Driving adoption through strategic initiatives through various learning programmes
- Regular monitoring and tracking of usage of the Digital learning platform
