Manages assigned IT projects of the company to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and

scope of project.

Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives,

technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines etc.

Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then

realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to

affected staff and stakeholders.

Regular information to be passed on the Management regarding progress of the Project and

handle contingency management if any for the delays

Handle Team of Testing staff to ensure that the delivery expectations wrt quality and

accuracy is maintained.

Required Skills/Abilities

Organized with attention to detail.

Preferably, should possess knowledge and understanding of MS Projects, Jira, Open Projects,

Java, Python, PHP, Kotlin etc.

Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.

Education And Experience

A computer or IT Engineer or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Information

Science-related field required.

At least three years of related experience required in Project Management.
