Outcalling new Sharekhan clients by giving them Welcome call, Client Profiling & Trade Initiation Guidance for initial trades to the new Sharekhan clients and try to activate as many clients as possible Give good quality while outcalling the clients Outcalling around 80-100 clients daily Suggesting trainings to client as per client profiling To be a backup of Team leader
