Creation of reading-based learning content handbooks, manuals etc

Creation of PPTs, scripts and storyboards for video content

Creation of assessments for evaluating learning impact

Creation of all pieces of content that go on our learning platform

Content Management

Upload and organize learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

Ensure accurate metadata tagging and categorization of content for easy retrieval and seamless user experience.

Collaborate with the product and technology teams to troubleshoot any content-related issues on the LMS.

Hygiene Quality Checks

Conduct thorough quality checks on learning content to identify and resolve hygiene issues, such as grammatical errors, typos, formatting inconsistencies,

and broken links.

Follow established guidelines and style standards to maintain the highest quality of content.

Internal Stakeholder Management

Coordinating with the project management team for regular planning, prioritizing, execution and delivery of projects

Collaborating with the creative/media, content production team for vendor management and delivery

Syncing up with the tech and product teams for regular insights on the user experience – what worked and what did not; and providing data-driven inputs

to improve the content.

Support Function

Participate in short-term, mid-term and long-term projects to faciliate ease in delivery

Supporting

Graduation/PG in any discipline along with B.Ed

2-3 years experience as Curriculum Developer, Subject Matter Expert, Content Designer etc

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and other basic tools

Obsession for quality content and pedagogy
