Job Duties

Cold call Parents using a given phone directory to counsel students on the phone for our Product/services

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

The counselling will lead to forms filling for admission to our programs as per your assigned targets.

You would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls attended and walk ins attended (if any)

Proven experience as tele-Counselor or similar experience

Proven track record of successful conversions

Working knowledge of software of excel, Word etc and telephone systems

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Persistent and results-oriented

Qualification: Should be a Graduate with proficiency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
