Student Support counsellor is responsible for generating leads, advancing the leads to enrolments.

Cold calls to Parents using a given phone directory to counsel students on the phone for our Product/services Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

The counselling will lead to forms filling for admission to our programs as per your assigned targets.

Support existing students/parents by coordinating with academic team You would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls attended and walk ins attended (if any)

Proven experience as Counselor or similar experience Proven track record of successful conversions Working knowledge in MS office and telephone systems

Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in English Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
