Core:-
1. Learning and Development – As a process owner for L&D for ACG Capsules Pithampur, she/he will be responsible to;
- Preparation of training calendar based on identified IDP’s and Organizational wide training requirements (cGMP, SOP, Safety, Cnergyis etc)
- Execution of training as per plan
- Ensure proper documentation of training executed
- Measuring effectiveness of training as applicable
2. Organization Development –
- The incumbent will be accountable to provide organisational development thought leadership and support in implementing the same.
- Be the internal OD consultant for various organizational capability building and strategic change initiatives.
- Partner the business in managing the change for their critical business initiatives.
- Communicate and broadband OD and Change initiatives across the organization.
3. Ensure effective Talent Management for KTs, CT & Critical Roles –
- Identification of successors for critical roles & pivotal roles.
- Career conversations
- IDP Creation for Key Talent & Critical position incumbents
- Development conversations for review of IDPs (Critical & pivotal roles, successors, KT)
- GLS for KT and Quarterly OTR
