Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – CSR
Job Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Experience: 5-10 years in NGO / Corporate sector
Education Requirement: MBA Rural Management
Key Competencies: Need assessment, Proposal development, Budget management, Data analysis, Monitoring and evaluation of projects, Impact assessment, Proficiency in MS office,
Language Proficiency: Hindi, English and understanding of Marathi
Job Objective:
The job is with ACG Cares Foundation which drive CSR projects on behalf of ACG Group companies. ACG Cares Foundation (ACF) execute the projects with the help of implementing partners preferably.
Primary responsibilities:
Core Functional
- Co-ordinating CSR activities for assigned locations
- Implementing projects through a variety of program components including service delivery, outreach, community mobilization, communication, advocacy, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and knowledge management
- Preparing annual plans and budgets in line with the overall CSR vision of ACG
- Facilitating development of processes and systems to enable group companies, partner organizations and communities to take part in program analysis, planning, monitoring, implementation and reviews.
- Drive CSR community through case studies, annual report, website update, social media post in coordination with Marketing department.
- Facilitating processes for partner and project identification such as community mapping exercises, due diligence, visioning exercises etc.
- Developing various platforms for the employees for participating in the social responsibility activities through volunteering
- Supporting the team into strategic planning, compliances, reporting related to CSR initiatives of group companies.
- Working closely with the HR, Marketing, Admin team and leadership of Group companies in assigned region.
- Liaising with other local NGOs, networks, civil society organizations, government authorities
- Representing ACF at various platforms
- Developing documentation and M&E system and handling social media communication
