Job description:

1. Technology :
– Creating tech-path (roadmap) for the App
– Supervising/ monitoring App development progress
– Ensuring App stability – Monitoring tech glitches, solutions
– App design UX/UI journey; vision and changes
2. Compliances :
– Tech. security audits and fixing problems identified
– MOIT and other regulations that are Applicable
– Maintaining compliances
3. App Engagement :
– Monitoring App usage to see trends and products in demand
– Creating UX/UI solutions and new products to boost engagement
– Monitoring users’ comments, complaints to ensure resolution and fixing problems
– Monitoring App usage in deep rural areas from glitches, phone quality and network quality and network quality issues hampering App usage and engagement
– Creating Recognizing & Rewards dashboards, in-App “influencer” stickers and other such schemes for engagement
4. Ensure App Utilization :
– Leading TAPP utilization amongst private – budget, aided and other schools, states where Bharti Foundation does not have presence, expanding the usage pan-state where QSP/LSI is present, B.Ed colleges for teacher students, NGO-based community teachers.
– Ensuring TAPP utilization by directly leading tie-ups with other corporate foundations, NGOs and teacher educators
– Keep LSI/QSP teams updated with TAPP uptake and usage so the team on ground can fine-tune efforts to integrate TAPP into existing programs
– Creating TAPP awareness amongst parents for their use of student-facing material.
5. Market research, feedback and impact :
– Keep a finger on the pulse by conducting online and FGD based teachers’ feedback sessions feed into App and content improvement
– Undertake micro and formal impact studies especially for state-partnership
– Ongoing market -info collection on new/highly requested needs of teachers
6. App Product Development and Operations :
– Ensuring that market- demand is well captured while planning Webinars, panel talks and other in-app operations & engagement initiatives
– Creating and ensuring in-App operations by running special fests, events, weekly webinars, quizzes etc.
– Creating tie-up events with other organizations to drive up engagements
7. Academic Content – Quality :
– Ensure that Academic content path and framework is in place
– Ensure content development and upload on App as per timeline
– Set quality bench marks for both created and curated content
– Monitor content upload, usage quality feedback
– Create feedback circles for quality improvement
– Gather market inputs on academic/other needs of teachers and create path for inclusion
8. Partnership for content and NGOs to ensure teachers’ usage and acquisition :
– Creating strategy and approach for NGOs and individual trainers involved in teacher training
– Identifying content, features and analytics reports related needs and ensuring App’s modification
– Creating channels and monitoring usage and ensuring backend support to all partners
– Identify content providers as per content strategy and gaps. Partnership meetings finalizing content acquisition ad per norms
– Building a network of speakers for webinars and panel discussions
