– Ensuring TAPP utilization by directly leading tie-ups with other corporate foundations, NGOs and teacher educators
– Keep LSI/QSP teams updated with TAPP uptake and usage so the team on ground can fine-tune efforts to integrate TAPP into existing programs
– Creating TAPP awareness amongst parents for their use of student-facing material.
5. Market research, feedback and impact :
– Keep a finger on the pulse by conducting online and FGD based teachers’ feedback sessions feed into App and content improvement
– Undertake micro and formal impact studies especially for state-partnership
– Ongoing market -info collection on new/highly requested needs of teachers
6. App Product Development and Operations :
– Ensuring that market- demand is well captured while planning Webinars, panel talks and other in-app operations & engagement initiatives
– Creating and ensuring in-App operations by running special fests, events, weekly webinars, quizzes etc.
– Creating tie-up events with other organizations to drive up engagements
7. Academic Content – Quality :
– Ensure that Academic content path and framework is in place
– Ensure content development and upload on App as per timeline
– Set quality bench marks for both created and curated content
– Monitor content upload, usage quality feedback
– Create feedback circles for quality improvement
– Gather market inputs on academic/other needs of teachers and create path for inclusion
8. Partnership for content and NGOs to ensure teachers’ usage and acquisition :
– Creating strategy and approach for NGOs and individual trainers involved in teacher training
– Identifying content, features and analytics reports related needs and ensuring App’s modification
– Creating channels and monitoring usage and ensuring backend support to all partners
– Identify content providers as per content strategy and gaps. Partnership meetings finalizing content acquisition ad per norms
