What will you do?
In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
1. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
2. Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations
3. Create and curate training material.
4. Induct new salespeople into the process
5. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
6. Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion
7. Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.
8. Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
9. Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
10. Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum
CTC Offered: 7.2LPA – 8.4LPA
Competencies:
● Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
● Experience in a sales position in a similar domain.
● Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
● Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities
● Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams
● Bachelor’s degree
● At least 5 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
● Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage.
● Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
