What will you do:
In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Identify needs of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
- Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings
CTC: 5-7.5 LPA fixed. Plus incentive.
Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
