What would you do?

You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings – Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life and enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.

What are we looking for?

Applications Knowledge:
a. Outlook mailbox/ Group mailbox
b. MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
c. Knowledge of Workday/SAP/Service Now added advantage

Competencies:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create SNOW and Share point cases

2. Draft offers for new joiners and extend it through Workday

3. Conduct BGC checks for the new joiners & Acquisitions /Workday hiring/New joiner Note and Reporting Instructions

4. Daily/weekly calls with the recruiters to discuss the candidate’s status

5. Identifies and updates process documentation that is utilized by the team

6. Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process

7. Pay close attention to quality of written and verbal English skills

8. Recognizes inconsistencies in information and strives to overcome obstacles to create solutions. Routinely seeks guidance to resolve complex problems.

9. Identifies and updates process documentation that is utilized by the team

10. Assesses and resolves non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative

1. Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

2. Support Team lead / SME with Daily stats / reporting and OE
