  • Key Responsibilities : A Comprehensive understanding experience of US payer polices with particular focus on Medicare.
    B Responsible for working with Business and IT stakeholders to understand the problem domain provide analysis to capture and manage quality requirement
    C Works closely with Business Owners Product Managers and/or Product Owners to ensure business needs are captured prioritized
    D Primary Interface with initiative team to ensure they have a clear understanding of the requirements
  • Technical Experience : A Must Have – Health Insurance Operations
    B Good to have Experience in US healthcare and subject matter expert on healthcare payer domain with focus on membership eligibility sub functions
    C Good to have Intermediate/advance level experience in development environments API, microservices and accessibility testing Managing coordinate with different system integration
    D Good to have Experience in agile methodologies, working on JIRA, KANBAN, Confluence
