Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Key Responsibilities : • Training people on Java/JEE/Hybris Commerce • Full time coach in Learning and Knowledge Management to drive innovation

Technical Experience : • Must be a subject matter expert in building applications using Java 11,Hibernate and Spring frameworks. Should have exposure to building RESTful API using Spring REST . • Should have exposure to building microservices using Spring Boot . Knowledge on Build tools (Ant, Maven) , Content Management System and Commerce Platform will be beneficial. Must be able to apply Agile and DevOps in building Applications

Professional Attributes : • Passion to train and enable people on Java/Spring/Hybris Commerce skill • Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on the new versions • Willing to skill up on various digital platform and tools • Design & create course content for self-paced & Instructor-led offering

Educational Qualification : • B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification
