Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Assess/Analyse the training needs collated for the employees Identify internal and external training programs to address the training needs 2 Reach out to the stakeholder,capability leads to understand the details if trainings asked for 3 Communicate with the stakeholders & inform employees about training options 4 Keep a regular track of the nominations & completion of trainings 5 Track,maintain & report employee training records 6 Understand & work with allotted training budget 7 Manage training certification and assessment 8 Manage the Training logistics for all the training Calendar on monthly basis/Publish Monthly/Quarterly Training Report/Preparation of Monthly Dashboard
Technical Experience : • Cloud Certified • MS Office and good analytical thinking • PPT or Presentations • Power BI / Tableau
Professional Attributes : • Excellent Delivery/ Facilitation and Communication Skills • Knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems • Knowledge of training methodologies • Knowledge of learning management systems • Knowledge of competency management
Educational Qualification : • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven experience. • Min 4-5 years’ experience in training
