Project Role :Technology Educator
Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions • Design effective training programs • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. • Support and mentor new employees • Keep attendance and other records • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement • Monitor employee performance and response to training
Technical Experience : • Windows Server Administration (relevant certification) • Azure Administration & Implementation (AZ-104) • MS Office and good analytical thinking • Power Point Presentations
Professional Attributes : • Proven experience as corporate trainer • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching • Proficient in Windows Server Administration • Proficient in Azure Administration • Proficient in PowerShell • Proficiency on Ansible / Terraform will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification : • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven experience. • Min 8-10 years’ experience in training
