JOB DESCRIPTION POST: EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER LEVEL 5 – Nursery Managers Experience and Qualifications: Nursery Teacher preferably with 1+ years of nursery school experience, Qualifications: NTT/MTT • Ensure all staff function as a team; appropriately arranging team-building opportunities or interventions • Assist staff in resolving children’s issues and consistently communicating with parents • Meet with parents and staff to discuss students’ progress • Ensure facilities are maintained and in accordance with the Health and safety regulations • Suggest changes to educational programmes, and implement MD/ Head of Curriculum approved changes • Community outreach and align communication appropriately • Monitor competition and their pricing strategy and update the MD monthly on any changes Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills. Team player and able to work with diverse nationalities. Comfortable with using technology. Highly knowledgeable in their subject.Cache level 5 compulsory
