Chemistry Lecturer in a PU College Education Qualification – M.Sc Chemistry, Experience in taking competitive exams (IIT, JEE, CET) Grades – 1st PU and 2nd PU Should know Kannada We are searching for a capable and trustworthy Chemistry Teacher to join our excellent faculty. The Chemistry Teacher’s responsibilities include developing interesting lesson plans and curricula, collaborating with other teachers, completing student assessments, and addressing any performance issues. You should be able to teach students from varied cultural backgrounds and handle sensitive lessons without being squeamish. Work may include instruction in the methods of qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis. Includes both teachers primarily engaged in teaching, and those who do a combination of both teaching and research. Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and chemical separation. Supervise students’ laboratory work. Evaluate and grade students’ class work, laboratory performance, assignments, and papers. Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others. Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts. Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. Supervise undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, internship, and research work Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
