We are looking for an Academic Counsellor with an aggressive and enthusiastic personality to carry out Marketing and Sales activity.

Be able to understand our products and marketing strategies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

– Handle student calls & walk-ins.

– Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

– Capture student profile.

– Counsel and guide aspiring students.

-Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the company.

– Maintain appropriate student records in the enrollment system.

– Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.

– Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.

– Demonstrating and presenting academy courses.

– Maintaining accurate records.

– Reviewing sales performance.

-Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Key skills

-Should be a graduate

-Self-motivated and driven by targets.

-Good communication skills – including both verbal and written.

-The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

-Industry awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹540,000.00 per year
