Academics manager is responsible for managing the team of online tutors responsible for delivering spoken spoken English classes to variety of learners pan-India. The key responsibility areas include:

• Tutors Management

-Manage tutors who work remotely

-Training and development of tutors

-Performance Monitoring

-Quality Management & Reviews

-Coaching and mentoring

-Feedback

-Leaves Management

• Academics Operations

–Batch scheduling & formation

–Backup Tutor arrangement

–Student placement test

–Ensuring quality class delivery

– Class scheduling and class support

– Customers grievance and feedback

• Content Management

-Content development

-Review content and make ongoing changes

-Job/function specific Spoken English content

-Content adaption & changes basis business requirements

• The position reports to:

– Operations head/CEO
