Role Description The Academic Trainer – English will deliver high-quality training sessions on English language pedagogy and Next Education’s English curriculum and products to teachers and school leaders. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves planning and conducting workshops, demonstrations, and orientation programs to help educators effectively use Next Education’s solutions in the classroom. The trainer will observe classes, provide constructive feedback, and support schools in implementing best practices in English teaching, assessment, and student engagement. Responsibilities also include creating or refining training materials, documenting training outcomes, and sharing insights with internal teams to improve products and academic content. The role requires regular coordination with school stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent academic support and successful product adoption.
