Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Coordinator role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Academic Coordinator will manage day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling classes, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring the smooth delivery of NEET-focused learning programs. The role involves supporting curriculum implementation, tracking student progress, and providing academic guidance to learners and their families. Responsibilities also include maintaining academic records, assisting in planning assessments, coordinating doubt-clearing sessions, and ensuring alignment between teaching plans and PrepMed’s academic standards. The Academic Coordinator will collaborate closely with educators, mentors, and the operations team to enhance student outcomes and overall learning experience.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education with prior experience in academic or learning environments.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, particularly for competitive exam preparation or STEM-related subjects.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with students, parents, and faculty.
• Background in Academic Advising, including guiding students on study plans, performance improvement, and exam preparation strategies.
• Ability to conduct and apply Research to improve academic processes, learning materials, and student outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field; a master’s degree or B.Ed. is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in academic planning and coordination.
• Comfort with basic digital tools, learning platforms, and data tracking for academic performance monitoring.
• Experience in NEET coaching or competitive exam preparation institutes is preferred but not mandatory.
