Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsibly guiding the students in making judicious & informed decisions about their education and career.
2. Supporting the emotional and professional growth of students and providing educational and vocational guidance.
3. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
4. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
5. Give motivational support to students.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Have basic knowledge of different streams after 10th class (Science/ Commerce/ Humanities) and career opportunities.

2. Aware of various exams which are conducted for college admissions.

3. Understanding of different curriculums from 8th to 12th class.

4. Handling of student enquiries effectively.

5. You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

6. You are confident and have strong presentation skills.

7. Communication : Fluent in English and Hindi
