About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and education, with the ability to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a seamless admission experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an Academic Counsellor OR in any Sales role.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, BPO Sales, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
