Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, implementation and end to end project delivery for large scale programs
  • Aligning and coordinating with different functions such as content, product, operations, sales
    and partners
  • Regular collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth
    functioning
  • Managing project health
  • Reporting to the leadership team on project progress and outcomes
  • Defining delivery processes and ensure the follow through
  • Ability to preempt and flag risks
  • Evaluating the project performance

Experience Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced excel capabilities required. Project Management tools experience are preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written Email)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting within the department as well as within the
    departments, partners & providers
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented
