Job Description
Qualification:
- Excellent academic background. Post graduate with specialization in English/Maths /EVS&SST/Science
- At least 5 years of experience in developing curriculum (English/Maths /EVS&SST/Science).
- Should have experience in developing courses / designing curriculum / teaching in academic institutions that provided exposure to the learning needs / methods
- Good to have designed curriculum or taught in a system that promotes inquiry-based learning e.g., IB.
- Should have an in-depth understanding of activity-based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills
- Knowledge of latest apps, tools, platforms etc and experience of using them in instruction design is an added advantage.
Job Description:
The Content Manager will play a fundamental role in developing a comprehensive curriculum spanning India and Global markets for the 6-14 age group. The role will require working on multiple courses for English.
- Creating academic content (in form of MCQs, Worksheets, Concept maps ,Audio-visual, revision notes, question papers, academic blogs, articles, videos, etc.)
- Develop content strategy that aligns with companies both long term and short term.
- Collaboratively design and develop site content design and layouts alongside design.
- Generate and publish engaging content
- Edit proofread and improve upon writers posts when necessary
- Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and social media.
- Keep content team on board with an editorial calendar
- Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)
- Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience
