Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator & Centre Head at Helen O’Grady International Preschool in Coimbatore. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with early childhood education, including implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, creating engaging learning activities, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, and facilitating social and emotional development as well as watch over the working of the school.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, particularly in communicating and collaborating with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Development principles and practices
• Creativity Skills in designing and implementing engaging and interactive learning experiences for children
• Experience in Working With Children and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Strong Organization Skills to effectively manage time, resources, and classroom activities
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A relevant degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in multicultural education and a diverse classroom setting is a plus
