We are looking for a young talented and educated female candidates to join as Student Counsellors in our Trivandrum Branch.

As a student counsellor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with students and parents, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile Nursing/Engineering/Masters programs in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
• Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time to concerned .
• Responsible for maintaining customer retention and followup .
• Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of

revenue as well as number of enrolments.

• Handle day to day administration of the office like filing of documents ,tele calling, inward receipts , etc.
• Maintain effective communication till the time students are onboard.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
