We are executing a leadership role of Head of School for Economics with one of the leading University in Pune.

The KRA’s would be.
– The Head of the School has academic, programmatic, managerial, and fiscal responsibilities for a Unit. S/he has the responsibility of providing the faculty and staff of the unit with appropriate resources for teaching and research in accordance with all pertinent policies and regulations. S/he provides leadership for the unit and has academic, programmatic, administrative, and fiscal responsibility for the Unit.
Shall be responsible to conduct lectures as per the assigned workload.
Conduct practical, tutorials and other sessions as required.
Assist in program accreditation and articulate it at the highest level.
Supervise the quality, appropriateness, and relevance of academic offerings of the School including degrees, programs, specializations, and courses.
Help in Design and/or Update of the Curriculum as per the requirements of the relevant stakeholders and the University.
Responsible for periodic reviews of all programs, degrees, courses, and specializations and their continuous improvements.

Desired Qualification & Experience
PhD from IITs/IIMs/ISB/ top-50 national ranked institutions (NIRF ranking) /top-ranked global institutions (QS ranking).
Experience as a Program Director, Associate Head of School or Head of Department, or Head of School is desirable.
Minimum 8 years of teaching experience.
Preferably of Professor cadre.
Demonstrated academic and research reputation at a national level.
Demonstrated experience in administrative capabilities.
Demonstrated financial acumen and experience to manage and use the financial resources.
