We are executing a leadership role as Registrar with few Universities in Rajasthan and Hyderabad.
The KRA’s would be-
1. Duties shall be more focused towards external relations/regulatory and the desired skills shall be oriented towards ample awareness and experience with UGC, BCI, COA, AICTE, MHRD and the person shall have the network and contacts for that.
2. To be responsible for the provision of secretariat support to the concerned Authorities of the University.
3. To ensure communication and help in monitoring and evaluation of policies, decisions, statutes, and rules and regulations of the University.
4. To keep liaison with all regulatory bodies.
5. To be the custodian of the common seal and the records of the University.
The desirable would be-
1. Experience.
A. Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
B. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of Service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration or
C. Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other Institutions of higher education,
D. 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
2. Proven record of successful supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment.
3. Demonstrated understanding of the application of technology to deliver Records and Registration services.
4. A proven record in working successfully with diverse populations.
