Leadership Assignment as Dean School of Management with one of the leading University in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Dean Management is an Academic Function head of the University and oversees the day-to day and long-term strategic operations of the University. The role plays an important part in leading and managing overall college & staff members under the guidance of the Senior Management and in line with Groups Philosophy, Culture, Values and the Vision.
-Dean shall be responsible for the administration and efficient conduct of the educational program of the upcoming institute.
-To provide support in Academic Delivery & Compliance
-Ensuring that all course plans are ready before commencement of the session and that they are in consonance with the prescribed syllabi.

Desired Profile:
Ideally MBA Professor with specialization in Supply chain/ Operations/ Marketing.
The person should have close to 18-20 years of experience, strong research background.
Professional Profile:
Master Degree with outstanding academic credentials throughout including a Ph.D Degree from a reputed institution.
