We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher to join our team at AAYTAN. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching literature and grammar in 8th,9th & 10th. The ideal candidate should have minimum of 4 years of teaching experience to class 10th, and a proven ability to control and manage a classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

– Create lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards

– Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and grades

– Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress

– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment

– Attend parent-teacher conferences, and other events as required

– Continuously update teaching skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in English language

– Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience to class 10th

– Excellent classroom management and communication skills

– Experience in teaching in a school environment

– Ability to inspire and motivate students to learn and achieve their full potential.
