Admission Counselor – Female

Job Requirement:

• Achieve allocated admission targets.
• Counseling Students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.
• Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis for giving them an Aakash experience.
• Clarifying doubts of students and parents.
• Managing fee structure & fee software for different programs.
• Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes.
• Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers.
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

Experience, Skills & Key Responsibilities:

• Relevant experience in counseling profile.
• Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
• Should have experience in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is must / in Case of South / West – Regional Languages is mandatory).

Admission Counselor – Male

Job Requirement:

• Achieve the designated targets.
• Generate database from Schools and other sources.
• Meeting with Principals, Coordinators, and management Personnel of schools for a Business generation.
• Execute various marketing activities within the assigned region.
• Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
• Converting leads into admissions.
• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis.
• Liaison with local tuition teachers to add business.

Experience, Skills, and Key Responsibility:

• Experience in consultative sales profile.
• Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
• Should have experience in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training / Timesharing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills(for South Zone – Regional Language is Mandatory).
• Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport.
• Should be able to work on Software / Technology used in Company for lead management.
