Purpose of the Role As a product manager, you will be a part of the Product team that is building best-in-class mobile and web experiences for Aakash BYJU’S students, parents and teachers across the globe to have superior learning and teaching experience both inside and outside the classroom.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the ideation and discussion for product features and roadmap

Own the product roadmap, documentation and product launch across all the assigned scope of work.User research, usability studies and constant ongoing user interaction to conceive and refine product ideas.Prioritization to maximum business impact and user delight

Bringing good trade-off between continuous improvements and new feature additions

Planning and rollout of releases including information flow to users, training and feedback collection

Track all feedback channels and ensuring appropriate actions to incorporate feedback

Ability to empathize with the consumer and is passionate about great design and consumer experiences

Understanding of technology trends to conceive next generation productsExperience2+ years in product management with product based organizations

Stakeholder management and collaborating with cross functional teams

Owning product backlog, roadmaps and work closely with technology teams

User research, conducting surveys and analysis

Agile methodologies and running sprint cycles

Shipped products across web and mobile platforms

Prioritization, GTM planning and executionSkillsCollaborative team player : Work with cross functional teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the product roadmap

Data mindset : Data orientation and analytical ability to track both growth and usability, familiar with GA and other analytics tools
