Role & responsibilities

• Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.
• Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database at branch level. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Support the operations manager and other colleagues. Provide Counselling Services to students/parents in person, over the phone or via email.
• Maintaining student data into company portal and excel sheets ,also follow up with the leads.
• They may also participate in recruitment and marketing initiatives and programs. They ensure adherence to all regulations and department policies.
• Help in companies educational events and fairs.
• Help students build their profile (sop/lor/resume).

Preferred candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree .
• A master’s degree in counselling may be helpful
• A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in counselling
• Experience in applying various counselling techniques and principles to students
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Perceptive at understanding body language
• Proficient in mediating and good interpersonal skills.
