Role & responsibilities
Lodge all applications as received from the counsellor and concerned office.
-Call universities (local India office )to follow up.
-Call clients(students) and follow-up.
-General follow up after 3-5 days to universities.
-Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.
-Ensure the correct, accurate and timely completion of all tasks including but not limited to, database and records management ,filing ,telephone and fax duties, customer service enquiries.
-Provide assistance with student applications and processing as requested.
-Maintain displays and resource areas, including requesting updated material from universities and institutions.
-Regularly update knowledge of all universities /institutions and course and programs on offer.
-Must update activities on calendar on a daily basis.
-Attend webinars.
Preferred candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree .
- A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in same field
- Experience in applying various counselling techniques and principles to students
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Perceptive at understanding body language
- Proficient in mediating and good interpersonal skills.
