Job Description
- achieve targets for leads, applications, and student finalisations/confirmations on an intake basis
- achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
- provide professional and quality counselling sessions that exceed customer and client expectations.
- support execution destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
- build strong client support by 100 compliance with any and all application processes.
- be a productive and effective member of the office team and support office operations by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
skills required
- excellent written and spoken communication skills english proficiency .
- approachable and vibrant personality.
- ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- basic proficiency in ms office suite outlook, word, excel is preferable.
