• Drive student engagement and recruitment opportunities to meet and exceed enrolment targets in the assigned international markets.

• Sourcing candidates for overseas education & job, through job portals, Social media advertisement, Print media and B2B.

• Undertake promotional activities and visits in the region to generate new leads, including representing our client at educational exhibitions, meeting in-country partners, meeting prospective students or parents and advising them on study in the UK and at our client institution.

• Conducting Zoom interviews and webinars

• Hiring, training, and supervising of junior office staff

• Dealing with digital marketing team for business promotion

• Help management with budget monitoring and payroll

• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with Recruitment consultants and overseas education consultants

• Hold presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions

• Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region
