About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and business objectives, and helping them achieve their goals through effective utilization of our Data Platform. By building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer support, you will drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Data Platform, and stay updated on the features, enhancements, and updates
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and train customers on the effective use of the data platform, ensuring a smooth implementation process
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and align them with our product capabilities, demonstrating how our solutions can add value
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Regularly monitor customer health metrics, identify any potential risks or areas of improvement, and take proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction levels, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive customer retention
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements

  • You won’t be required to work US hours but 70% of our customers are based in the US so having some meetings late evening/early night are going to be required
  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and customer success principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications
