Job Description :

• Middleware Management (including all e.g. WebLogic, Apache Http server, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS, OHS, Nginx, HA proxy, IBM WebSphere, MQ, other messaging and application servers) Technologies : WebLogic, Apache Http server, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS, OHS, Nginx, IBM WAS, WebSphere MQ, HA proxy, other messaging and application servers Tools : BTOM, Dynatrace, Oracle Enterprise Management, Thread & heap analyzerL3 Deliverables :
• Vendor coordination
• Check data growth
• Automate daily task where ever applicable
• Problem Management & Troubleshooting any incidents related to middleware
• Certificate Implementation & troubleshooting
• Planning and assisting in Patching and Infra vulnerability resolution
• Performance tuning activity
• Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
• Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
• Risk Analysis and providing mitigation planning
• Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
• Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase
• Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
• Incident / Problem / Change management
• Reinstallations and configurations raised due to Incident
• Application GO-Live review for the new installation done by L2 team
• Oversight during DR drill.
• Maintain SLA for Incidents and service requests (ref:hirist.com)
