2coms Hiring For Freelance Sales Educator/Trainer at Pune, Mahārāshtra Full Time

We are looking for a young and dynamic Freelance Sales Educator to help us develop our business 

activities with training the Retailers and Distributors.  

Role & Responsibilities: 

∙Provide the sessions training to Retailers and distributors. 

∙Complete training for newly appointed retailers and distributors. 

∙Optimizing training processes for efficiency. 

∙Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs. 

∙Discipline and provide coaching to retailers as necessary. 

∙Provide Product and service-related solutions in assigned sessions. 

∙Create an open-communication climate preference for potential training. 

∙Maintain updated curriculum database and training record. 

∙Managing training material and suggesting improvements. 

Locations-  

∙We need 6 educators – Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bhopal, Patna, Kolkata 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

∙Graduation/Post Graduation  

∙Familiar with all the training needs and Training concepts. 

∙Experience in Sales Training would add advantage. 

∙Fluent with regional language. 

Session Details:  

∙60 Minutes duration, 1 or 2 sessions per day, 4-5 days in a week, 16-20 sessions Per Month 

Commercial- Rate Per Hour
