Training Development responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
They will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed.
Create a learning culture in the organisation and Direct Organisational and employee development process by bridging the gap between available and desired level of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Communicate with team members and management to ensure all needs are met.
As a Training Manager, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives.
Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure safety and productivity among staff members.
