About the Role
We are looking for experienced Freelance Trainers who bring real industry knowledge into the classroom. If you have 5–10 years of hands-on professional experience and a passion for mentoring the next generation, we want you on our trainer network.
This is a flexible, online, paid engagement — you decide your availability and we match you with the right batch.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver online training sessions for student batches in your domain of expertise
- Commit to a minimum of 5–8 sessions per batch (session schedule mutually agreed upon)
- Share real-world work experience, case studies, and industry insights with students
- Guide and mentor students through live business projects provided by ZapScholar
- Help students solve real-time business challenges as part of their learning journey
- Provide feedback and evaluation on student performance and project output
- Collaborate with the ZapScholar academic team to align training with course objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of real-time, hands-on industry experience in your field
- Strong communication and online teaching/presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex, real-world concepts for students
- Willingness to share your professional journey, projects, and experiences openly
- Comfortable working with a structured curriculum while adding your own industry flavor
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for online sessions
- Self-motivated with a professional and punctual approach
Engagement Details
- Mode: 100% Online (Zoom / Google Meet / Platform provided)
- Commitment: Minimum 5–8 sessions per batch
- Schedule: Flexible — mutually agreed with the ZapScholar team
- Payment: Per session basis — compensation discussed and finalized during onboarding
- Type: Freelance / Project-Based (ongoing batches available)
