SaaS application interoperability: This project involves writing an app that will make SaaS applications from some of the major vendors interoperate among each other. We have two positions open for this project. A typical candidate should have programming experience in PHP and/or Python and AJAX technologies. They should know how to tap into APIs offered by different SaaS applications. We are looking for someone who can work independently and willing to spend time learning new technologies. The candidate should also be willing to do independent research for the project. Project duration can range from 2-3 months.
SOHO Toolkit AMI: This project involves building an Amazon EC2 Machine Image based on certain web applications used by Small Businesses. The trainee will be involved in the planning of the architecture and then build the AMI and test it under different configurations. We have one position open for this project. The duration of the project will be 1 month.
Web Conference AMI: This project involves building Amazon EC2 Machine Image by including a Web Conferencing Software. The trainee will build the AMI using the web application and test it for various configurations. The trainee will also do some benchmarking with the AMI and analyze to check if it will meet certain enterprise parameters. We have one position open for this project. The duration can range from 15 days to 1 month.
